You are 18-80 years old.
You own wearable devices, such as Fitbit, Oura Ring, or Apple Watch. The first 20 participants who enroll will receive a Fitbit to use.
You are either student pilots or their CFIs.
You do not have any known cardiac conditions.
You are not pregnant.
